I recognize there is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for the use of any videos, images, recordings and/or name recognition.

By signing this release, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release Octopus Creative Inc. & Harrison-Agassiz Chamber of Commerce, its agents, employees, successors, and assigns from all claims that could arise out of the use, production, publication or distribution of this material.
